01. What is contrast therapy, and how does it work?
Contrast therapy alternates between hot (sauna) and cold (plunge) to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and fire up your metabolism. It’s a great way to reset your body after intense workouts, get your day started, or ease you into sleep. It all depends on the time of day you choose.
02. Can I choose just one part of contrast therapy, like the sauna or cold plunge?
Yes! You can enjoy either the sauna or the cold plunge independently, but we recommend both for the most effective recovery benefits.
03. How long should I stay in the sauna or cold plunge?
For optimal results, we recommend 15 minutes in the sauna and up to 7 minutes in the cold plunge, but feel free to adjust based on your comfort level.
04. How long should I stay in the sauna or cold plunge?
Yes, it’s safe for most people. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a doctor before trying contrast therapy.
